  • Starts are guaranteed to be healthy upon purchase and on-time transfer. If the transfer time exceeds the time of recommendation, there is a chance that the plant could become less or not at all productive. All sales are final and products cannot be returned.

In a case where a purchase has been made and the Starts are not healthy to transfer, the option will exist for a partial refund with remaining Starts or a full refund with no transfer of Starts.
